The Role
Our new Global Sales Manager will be responsible for our newly developed fish oil for human consumption, in the large international market. You will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy for our new and unique products developed at Pharma. The market for these products is vast, and you will be in charge of commercializing the products and creating new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain customer relations, new business models and make long-term partnerships. In cooperation with CEO, Global Sales Manager will lead the strategic development of the division, including the operational and sales and marketing structures, to plan for continual improvements.
Global Sales Manager will be a part of Grøntvedt Group management, and will report to our CEO, Bjørnar Grøntvedt.
Main responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Brand and concept development for Pharma products
- Budget and results
- Establish and maintain close client relationships
- Close collaboration with CEO and other management
- Create, manage and follow-up marketing and sales programs
Candidate profile
We are looking for a
commercial leader who knows the international retail market and can identify new business opportunities for our products. We believe that the right candidate for the position has experience from international manager, director or sales positions, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
